InterFlight Wars
This was an ingenious idea developed by Passat. Thanks!

I was amazed when I saw it.  I slapped myself so hard in the face, I think it left a mark.  It
has so many benefits, and so little detractors!  I simply couldn't pass up the oportunity to
include this in the new NJG structure.  After a while at work, I got bored and thought of all
the possible crazy applications of the "Flight-Members-Only" policy.  Thats where the Int-
erFlight Wars comes in.

Now, the actual explanation.

I immediately realized a few of the benefits of this system. It would:
Promote further teamwork between members of that flight.
Promote competition between the flights. This is the best that can happen: all will
train harder, develop new tactics and counter-tactics, all to better themselves in the
face of other flights. Keep this in mind for later on in this article.
Keep the flight members more closely communicating which would help members meet
more often (this was always an issue in the past).
Skyrocket the effectiveness of each flight due to pressure from competitions, other
flight members, and their squad leaders.
Members may share their combat "secrets" to other members of that flight group. In
this way, new tactics may be spread throughout the entire squadron.

As you can see, the benefits of this system are enormous. However, I knew that most
NJG would object to flying only with their assigned people, as from time to time they
would like to go beyond the boarders. That's fine, but to further instill the sense of pride
deeper into each flight, several measures have been taken:
The InterFlight Wars competition challenges each wing to improve their skills, intro-
duce new tactics to fellow flight members, and simply to be better than the rival flight.
Rewards for continual winners of the InterFlight Wars are being considered.  I hope this
will make competition even more close, for obvious reasons. The actual rewards the-
mselves are being conjured up.
